MILILANI TOWN AND MILILANI MAUKAOAHU
1997-2000
In 1997, Castle and Cooke awarded contracts to Coastal Construction to build over 10,000 homes in the Mililani and Mililani Mauka district. As the general contractors, Coastal was responsible for the light gauge steel framing, drywall, and finishing on single and multi family homes.
KAHAUIKI VILLAGENIMITZ HYW, OAHU
October 2016 - Present
In partnership with the Aio Foundation and other volunteers, Coastal took part in the construction of the Kahauiki Village which aims to house homeless families. Located near Nimitz Highway and Keehi Lagoon, the plantation style village serves as a long-term solution to our growing homeless crisis. With over 150 one and two bedroom homes being built, the village encourages food-sustainability and expects to house over 600 adults and children.
PU'UWAI PLACEWAIPAHU, OAHU
February 2018 - Present
In collaboration with Castle and Cooke, Coastal is currently in the process of building duplex homes near the Waikele Shopping Center.
HOAKALEI AT OCEAN POINTEEWA BEACH, OAHU
January 25, 2025
Working with Haseko to build over 300 single family and multi family homes, Coastal was responsible for the framing, drywall, and finishing for these phases. Located on and near the Hoakalei Country Club, this upcoming development is known for its resort-like feeling on the West side of Oahu.

Since 2008, Coastal has proudly partnered with Forrest City Hawaii to house over 1,400 of our veterans and their families. Projects throughout Oahu include Catlin Park near Nimitz Hwy., Mololani in Kaneohe, Camp Smith in Aiea, and NC TAMS in Wahiawa.
Marriott Residence Inn
KAPOLEI, OAHU
MAY 2018-JANUARY 2019
Over the span of 8 months, Coastal helped build the new Marriott Residence Inn located in Kapolei. Seeing the project from start to finish, Coastal was responsible for the framing, rough carpentry, truss installation, siding, and drywall installations.
